The Becton Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Leonia Lions to 1 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Wildcats now have a 5-11 record. They play next when they host Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology for a NJIC - American outing on Thursday, May 8.

With the loss, Leonia drops to 2-8 on the campaign. The Lions host Garfield (Garfield, NJ) to play the Boilermakers in a non-league outing on Friday, May 9. The Boilermakers come into the outing with a record of 12-5. Garfield won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, NJ)
