Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the Leland Comets (Leland, MI) and the host Buckley Bears (Buckley, MI), saw Leland's soccer squad triumph over Buckley by a count of 8-0.
The Comets (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against St. Francis (Traverse City, MI). The Gladiators enter the non-league battle with a 7-6 record. In their last battle, St. Francis notched a victory over Leland (Leland, MI), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
