The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Shippensburg Greyhounds (Shippensburg, PA) and the visiting Northern York Polar Bears (Dillsburg, PA), saw Shippensburg's baseball team gain a win over Northern York by a tally of 8-6.

Next, the Polar Bears face the Mechanicsburg Wildcats (Mechanicsburg, PA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 9. Northern York will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 4-11 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to State College (State College, PA).
