The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Aurora Greenmen (Aurora, OH) and the visiting Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH), observed Aurora's softball team get by Chardon by a tally of 5-4.

The Greenmen (9-5) will now prepare for their bout against Highland (Medina, OH). The Hornets go into the non-league bout with a 0-3 record. In their last bout, Highland was nipped by Revere (Richfield, OH), 17-7, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Hilltoppers clash with the Stow-Munroe Falls Bulldogs (Stow, OH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 8. Chardon will attempt to advance on its 10-6 season record.
