The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the La Center Wildcats (La Center, WA) and the host Fort Vancouver Trappers (Vancouver, WA), observed La Center's softball team prevail over Fort Vancouver by a tally of 25-9.

The Wildcats (5-9) will now prepare for their bout against Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA). The Spudders go into the non-league bout with a 12-3 record. In their last bout, Ridgefield knocked off R.A. Long (Longview, WA), 19-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Trappers clash with the Battle Ground Tigers (Battle Ground, WA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 10. Fort Vancouver will attempt to advance on its 1-9 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 14-2 non-league win over Camas (Camas, WA).
