In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Grand Island Vikings lacrosse squad scored a good 15-6 triumph over the Williamsville East Flames.

The Vikings (11-2) will now prepare for their challenge against West Seneca East (West Seneca, NY). The Trojans go into the Class C challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, West Seneca East was overwhelmed by Amherst Central (Amherst, NY), 14-7, in a league challenge.

Next, the Flames clash with the Amherst Central Tigers (Amherst, NY) in a Class C challenge, on Wednesday, May 14. Williamsville East will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record.
