The Pioneers now hold a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Beverly for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 9. Lynnfield will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 16-11 league win over Salem (Salem, MA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Ipswich falls to 1-2 on the year. The Tigers host Essex Tech (Hathorne, MA) to clash with the Hawks in a Cape Ann challenge on Tuesday, May 13. The Hawks go into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
