In Wednesday's league contest, the host Neuqua Valley Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-6 triumph over the Naperville North Huskies.

The Wildcats (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 12-2 record. In their last contest, Downers Grove South held off Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL), 10-9, in a league contest.

Next, the Huskies meet the St. Charles North North Stars (St. Charles, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, May 10. Naperville North will attempt to better on its 3-8 season record. The North Stars go into the contest with a 10-3 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL).
