Virginia High School Soccer - West Point knocks off King & Queen Central

In Wednesday's league outing, the host West Point Pointers soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the King & Queen Central Royal Tigers.
The Pointers (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Mathews (Mathews, VA). The Blue Devils go into the Tidewater outing with a 9-2 record. In their last outing, Mathews prevailed over Lancaster (Lancaster, VA), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Royal Tigers confront the Westmoreland Eagles (Montross, VA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, May 9. King & Queen Central will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 2-6 record after their 5-3 league win over Northumberland (Heathsville, VA).
