Massachusetts High School Softball - Franklin County Tech edges Hopkins Academy

May 7, 2025: Hadley, MA 01035

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Franklin County Tech Eagles (Turners Falls, MA) and the host Hopkins Academy Golden Hawks (Hadley, MA), observed Franklin County Tech's softball team get by Hopkins Academy by a tally of 4-2.

The Eagles (12-3) will now prepare for their bout against Frontier Regional (South Deerfield, MA). The Red Hawks go into the non-league bout with a 10-4 record. In their last bout, Frontier Regional tipped Greenfield (Greenfield, MA), 6-5, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Golden Hawks clash with the Pioneer Valley Regional Panthers (Northfield, MA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 12. Hopkins Academy will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record.
