With the triumph, Gloucester improves its record to 17-0 on the year. The Dukes travel to Phoebus (Hampton, VA) to face the Phantoms in a Peninsula contest on Thursday, May 8. The Phantoms enter the contest with a record of 4-11. Phoebus lost 23-0 in their recent league test against Gloucester (Gloucester, VA)

The Blue Devils (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Northampton (Eastville, VA). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league test with a 3-11 record. In their last test, Northampton was routed by Nandua (Onley, VA), 14-4, in a league test.
