The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA) and the visiting Woodbridge Vikings (Woodbridge, VA), observed Mountain View's softball team get by Woodbridge by a tally of 7-4.

The Wildcats (10-4) will now prepare for their bout against Spotsylvania (Spotsylvania, VA). The Knights go into the non-league bout with a 11-4 record. In their last bout, Spotsylvania was routed by Eastern View (Culpeper, VA), 2-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Hylton Bulldogs (Woodbridge, VA) in a Cardinal bout, on Friday, May 9. Woodbridge will attempt to advance on its 5-9 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 12-5 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Massaponax (Spotsylvania, VA).
