The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL) and the visiting Zion-Benton Zee-Bees (Zion, IL), observed Warren Township's softball team prevail over Zion-Benton by a tally of 10-0.

The Blue Devils (14-5) will now prepare for their bout against Grayslake Central (Grayslake, IL). The Rams go into the non-league bout with a 9-9 record. In their last bout, Grayslake Central knocked off Round Lake (Round Lake, IL), 18-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Zee-Bees clash with the Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 9. Zion-Benton will attempt to advance on its 6-8 season record. The Giants go into the bout with a 9-5 record after their 3-2 league win over Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL).
