Beechcroft Cougars (Columbus, OH) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Mifflin Punchers (Columbus, OH), 10-0 in a league game.

With the triumph, Beechcroft improves its record to 9-4 on the year.

The Punchers now hold a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Whetstone for a Columbus City - North game on Monday, May 11. Mifflin will play a Braves squad coming off a 15-3 league win over Columbus International (Columbus, OH). The Braves record now stands at 12-11.
