Gibsonburg Golden Bears (Gibsonburg, OH) backers went home happy Monday as they saw their baseball squad edge the visiting Old Fort Stockaders (Old Fort, OH), 3-2 in a league battle.

Coming up next, the Golden Bears play the Calvert Senecas (Tiffin, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - River battle, on Tuesday, May 9. Gibsonburg will attempt to move on its 11-3 season record. The Senecas enter the battle with a 17-1 record after their 5-1 league win over Lakota (Kansas, OH).
