The Old Colony RVT Cougars baseball team (Rochester, MA), was overwhelmed 11-1 in Monday's non-league outing with the visiting Greater New Bedford RVT Bears (New Bedford, MA)
The Bears now hold a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Old Rochester Regional for a South Coast outing on Wednesday, May 10. Greater New Bedford RVT will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 9-3 league loss to Dighton-Rehoboth Regional (North Dighton, MA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-8.
Next, the Cougars face the Bristol County Agricultural Chieftains (Dighton, MA) in a Mayflower 3 outing, on Tuesday, May 9. Old Colony RVT will attempt to advance on its 8-3 season record. The Chieftains enter the outing with a 1-12 record after their 16-14 non-league loss to Holbrook (Holbrook, MA).
