Salmon River Shamrocks (Fort Covington, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Heuvelton Central Bulldogs (Heuvelton, NY), 18-7 in a league battle.

The Shamrocks now have a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Massena for a Section 10 Northern battle on Friday, May 12. Salmon River will clash with a Red Raiders squad coming off a 15-10 league win over Potsdam (Potsdam, NY). The Red Raiders record now stands at 7-4.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Lake Placid/Saranac Lake Bombers (Lake Placid, NY) in a Section 10 Northern battle, on Wednesday, May 10. Heuvelton Central will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Bombers come into the battle with a 5-6 record after their 7-4 league loss to Canton (Canton, NY).
