In Monday's non-league game, the host Amherst County Lancers baseball team scored a tight 8-2 victory over the Brookville Bees.
The Lancers (11-4) will now prepare for their game against Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA). The Bulldogs go into the game with a 11-2 record.
The Bees (5-8) will now prepare for their game against Glass (Lynchburg, VA). The Hilltoppers go into the non-league game with a 4-5 record.
