In Monday's non-league game, the host Goshen Central Gladiators baseball team scored a tight 6-2 victory over the Minisink Valley Warriors.
The Gladiators (5-7) will now prepare for their game against Beacon (Beacon, NY). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 7-5 record. In their last game, Beacon was overwhelmed by Our Lady of Lourdes (Poughkeepsie, NY), 10-5, in a non-league game.
The Warriors (10-3) will now prepare for their game against Cornwall Central (New Windsor, NY). The Dragons go into the non-league game with a 7-5 record. In their last game, Cornwall Central tipped Beacon (Beacon, NY), 21-15, in a non-league game.
