Next, the Cavaliers confront the Galax Maroon Tide (Galax, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, May 10. Carroll County will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Maroon Tide enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Fort Chiswell (Max Meadows, VA).

The Mountaineers now possess a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Radford for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 15. Alleghany will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Glenvar (Salem, VA). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-2.
