The Franklin Wildcats softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting St. Francis Troubadours to 8 in the Wildcats league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Franklin moves its record to 18-5 on the year.
In their next game, the Troubadours clash with the Sheldon Huskies (Sacramento, CA) in a game, on Wednesday, May 10. St. Francis will attempt to move on its 13-8 season record. The Huskies come into the game with a 5-9 record after their 8-2 league loss to Elk Grove (Elk Grove, CA).
