The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Canisius Crusaders (Buffalo, NY) and the host St. Mary's Lancers (Lancaster, NY), saw Canisius's lacrosse team overcome St. Mary's by a margin of 12-5.

The Crusaders (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Francis (Hamburg, NY). The Red Raiders enter the Monsignor Martin challenge with a 10-6 record. In their last challenge, St. Francis edged Bishop Timon-St. Jude (Buffalo, NY), 18-2, in a league challenge.

The Lancers (2-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Nichols (Buffalo, NY). The Vikings enter the Monsignor Martin challenge with a 8-5 record. In their last challenge, Nichols was overwhelmed by St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute (Buffalo, NY), 12-3, in a league challenge.
