Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - Westerly overwhelms Mt. Hope

The Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI), 15-5 in Monday's league outing.

With the win, Westerly upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Ponaganset (North Scituate, RI) to battle the Chieftains in a Division 3 outing on Wednesday, May 10. The Chieftains go into the outing with a record of 0-9. Ponaganset lost 15-1 in their recent league outing against Smithfield (Esmond, RI)

With the defeat, Mt. Hope drops to 1-7 on the season. The Huskies host Toll Gate (Warwick, RI) to battle the Titans in a Division 3 outing on Tuesday, May 9. The Titans go into the outing with a record of 8-2. Toll Gate won 10-4 in their recent league outing against Narragansett (Narragansett, RI)
