Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Dartmouth Indians (South Dartmouth, MA) and the visiting Apponequet Regional Lakers (Lakeville, MA), witnessed Dartmouth's softball squad tip Apponequet Regional by a count of 5-3.

The Indians now sport a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bridgewater-Raynham for a Old Colony - Pilgrim match on Wednesday, May 10. Dartmouth will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Brockton (Brockton, MA). The Trojans record now stands at 11-2.

With the loss, Apponequet Regional moves to 7-5 on the season. The Lakers travel to Case (Swansea, MA) to meet the Cardinals in a South Coast match on Tuesday, May 9.
