Marian Mustangs (Bloomfield Hills, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Cabrini Monarchs (Allen Park, MI), 19-4 in a league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they host Cabrini for a Catholic C-D D challenge on Monday, May 8. Marian will face a Monarchs squad coming off a 9-5 non-league loss to Our Lady of the Lakes (Waterford, MI). The Monarchs record now stands at 2-12.

With the loss, Cabrini falls to 3-13 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Marian (Bloomfield Hills, MI) to face the Mustangs in a Catholic Intersectional I challenge on Monday, May 8. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 2-9. Marian lost 18-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Center Line (Center Line, MI)
