Massachusetts High School Softball - Cape Cod RVT bounces St. John Paul II

The Cape Cod RVT Crusaders routed the host St. John Paul II Lions softball squad by a count of 24-11 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Crusaders (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against South Shore Vo-Tech (Hanover, MA). The Vikings go into the Mayflower - Small battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, South Shore Vo-Tech topped Blue Hills RVT (Canton, MA), 25-17, in a non-league battle.
The Lions now sport a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Nantucket for a Cape & Islands battle on Wednesday, May 10. St. John Paul II will meet a Whalers squad coming off a 21-7 non-league loss to Dennis-Yarmouth Regional (South Yarmouth, MA). The Whalers record now stands at 3-8.
