St. Francis Gladiators (Traverse City, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Charlevoix Rayders (Charlevoix, MI), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Gladiators now own a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Standish-Sterling for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 9. St. Francis will face a Panthers squad coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Garber (Essexville, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 7-1.

With the loss, Charlevoix falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Rayders host Grayling (Grayling, MI) to face the Vikings in a Lake Michigan challenge on Thursday, May 11. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 6-1. Grayling lost 9-4 in their recent league challenge against Boyne City (Boyne City, MI)
