The Hoosac Valley Hurricanes softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Ware Indians to 11 in the Hurricanes non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Hoosac Valley improves its record to 4-9 on the year. The Hurricanes travel to McCann Tech (North Adams, MA) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 10. The Hornets come into the game with a record of 5-4.

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Central Golden Eagles (Springfield, MA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, May 10. Ware will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record.
