Spectators at Monday's league match between the South Windsor Bobcats (South Windsor, CT) and the host Manchester Red Hawks (Manchester, CT), witnessed South Windsor's softball squad tip Manchester by a count of 10-9.

The Bobcats now sport a 2-13 record. They play next when they host East Hartford for a Central Connecticut - East match on Wednesday, May 10. South Windsor will face a Hornets squad coming off a 16-10 non-league win over Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT). The Hornets record now stands at 3-10.

With the loss, Manchester moves to 3-10 on the season. The Red hawks host Bolton (Bolton, CT) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 9. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 8-5. Bolton lost 2-0 in their recent league battle against Rockville (Vernon, CT)
