The Valley View Cougars routed the visiting Scranton Prep Cavaliers softball squad by a final score of 12-1 in Monday's league battle.

The Cougars (13-1) will now prepare for their battle against West Scranton (Scranton, PA). The Invaders go into the Lackawanna 1 battle with a 11-5 record. In their last battle, West Scranton was routed by Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA), 5-2, in a league battle.
