The Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions crushed the visiting Garrett Morgan Falcons baseball team by a tally of 17-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Lions now hold a 9-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to University School for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 9. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin will face a Preppers team coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Walsh Jesuit (Cuyahoga Falls, OH). The Preppers record now stands at 17-4.
Next, the Falcons face the Andrews Osborne Academy Phoenix (Willoughby, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 10. Garrett Morgan will attempt to advance on its 9-8 season record. The Phoenix enter the bout with a 6-4 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Lawrence Upper (Sagamore Hills, OH).
