In Wednesday's league game, the host Guilford Vikings baseball team scored a nice 17-0 victory over the Rockford Auburn Knights.
The Vikings (10-11) will now prepare for their game against Harlem (Machesney Park, IL). The Huskies go into the Northern Illinois game with a 13-10 record. In their last game, Harlem overcame Jefferson (Rockford, IL), 16-3, in a league game.
The Knights (0-17) will now prepare for their game against Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL). The Titans go into the Northern Illinois game with a 17-9 record. In their last game, Boylan Catholic was overwhelmed by Hononegah (Rockton, IL), 8-1, in a league game.
