The Scappoose Indians crushed the visiting Tillamook Cheesemakers baseball team by a count of 12-1 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Indians now possess a 18-4 record. They take the field next when they host Pendleton for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 9. Scappoose will face a Buckaroos team coming off a 9-5 league win over La Grande (La Grande, OR). The Buckaroos record now stands at 13-6.
Next, the Cheesemakers face the Seaside Seagulls (Seaside, OR) in a 4A Cowapa bout, on Saturday, May 11. Tillamook will attempt to move on its 8-14 season record.
