The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) and the visiting Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC), saw Bishop McGuinness's soccer squad knock off Leadership Academy by a count of 3-1.

The Villains now hold a 13-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cornerstone Charter for a Northwest Piedmont 1A test on Thursday, May 9. Bishop McGuinness will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Bethany (Summerfield, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 15-3.

With the loss, Leadership Academy drops to 9-6 on the season. The Falcons host Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC) to meet the Bobcats in a Northwest Piedmont 1A test on Thursday, May 9. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 1-8. Piedmont Classical won 3-2 in their recent league test against Carver (Winston-Salem, NC)
