Virginia High School Lacrosse - William Byrd drops to Cave Spring

In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Cave Spring Knights lacrosse squad scored a good 14-4 victory over the William Byrd Terriers.
The Knights now have a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Franklin County for a non-league test on Thursday, May 9. Cave Spring will face a Eagles squad coming off a 12-3 non-league loss to William Byrd (Vinton, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-6.
The Terriers (3-7) will now prepare for their game against Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Rockbridge County toppled Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA), 10-1, in a non-league game.
