The Minisink Valley Warriors softball team scored 19 runs and limited the visiting Cornwall Central Dragons to 7 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Minisink Valley improves its record to 2-2 on the year. The Warriors host Washingtonville (Washingtonville, NY) to clash with the Wizards in a non-league game on Thursday, May 9. The Wizards come into the game with a record of 0-10. Washingtonville lost 12-0 in their recent non-league game against Goshen Central (Goshen, NY)

In their next game, the Dragons clash with the Middletown Middie Bears (Middletown, NY) in a non-league game, on Saturday, May 11. Cornwall Central will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record.
