With the loss, Appomattox County drops to 8-3 on the season. The Raiders host Nelson County (Lovingston, VA) to meet the Governors in a Dogwood test on Friday, May 10. The Governors come into the test with a record of 13-0. Nelson County won 6-1 in their recent league test against Chatham (Chatham, VA)
