The Gladstone Braves softball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Marquette Redmen to 3 in the Braves league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Gladstone moves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Braves host Negaunee (Negaunee, MI) to play the Miners in a non-league game on Thursday, May 9. The Miners come into the game with a record of 10-0.

In their next game, the Redmen play the Westwood Patriots (Ishpeming, MI) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 10. Marquette will attempt to move on its 9-13 season record.
