Millbrook Pioneers (Winchester, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA), 10-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Pioneers now sport a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Handley for a Northwestern challenge on Thursday, May 9. Millbrook will face a Judges squad coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Rock Ridge (Ashburn, VA). The Judges record now stands at 1-14.

With the loss, Harrisonburg falls to 10-8 on the campaign. The Blue streaks travel to Broadway (Broadway, VA) to face the Gobblers in a Valley challenge on Friday, May 10. The Gobblers enter the challenge with a record of 12-4. Broadway won 13-6 in their recent non-league challenge against East Rockingham (Elkton, VA)
