The James Lick Comets softball team (San Jose, CA), was routed 31-17 in Wednesday's league test with the visiting Overfelt Royals (San Jose, CA)

Coming up next, the Royals clash with the Del Mar Dons (San Jose, CA) in a West Valley test, on Friday, May 10. Overfelt will attempt to improve on its 16-6 season record. The Dons come into the test with a 16-1 record after their 16-4 league win over Independence (San Jose, CA).

The Comets (8-11) will now prepare for their test against Yerba Buena (San Jose, CA). The Aztec Warriors come into the West Valley test with a 3-15 record. In their last test, Yerba Buena was routed by Hill (San Jose, CA), 19-4, in a league test.
