Union City Indians (Union City, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Randolph Southern Rebels (Lynn, IN), 11-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians now sport a 8-11 record. They take the field next when they host Northeastern for a Tri-Eastern challenge on Friday, May 10.

With the loss, Randolph Southern falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Rebels host Daleville (Daleville, IN) to face the Broncos in a Mid-Eastern challenge on Friday, May 10. The Broncos enter the challenge with a record of 8-6. Daleville won 7-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Winchester Community (Winchester, IN)
