The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Fountain Central Mustangs (Veedersburg, IN) and the host Attica Red Ramblers (Attica, IN), saw Fountain Central's baseball team gain a win over Attica by a tally of 8-0.

The Mustangs (5-14) will now prepare for their battle against North Putnam (Roachdale, IN). The Cougars enter the non-league battle with a 7-9 record. In their last battle, North Putnam prevailed over Cloverdale (Cloverdale, IN), 7-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Red Ramblers face the Indiana School for the Deaf Deaf Hoosiers (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 10. Attica will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Deaf Hoosiers enter the battle with a 2-3 record after their 15-5 non-league win over Columbus Christian (Columbus, IN).
