Indiana High School Baseball - Caston sneaks past Oregon-Davis

The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Caston Comets (Fulton, IN) and the visiting Oregon-Davis Bobcats (Hamlet, IN), saw Caston's baseball team get by Oregon-Davis by a tally of 1-0.
The Comets (14-6) will now prepare for their battle against Pioneer (Royal Center, IN). The Panthers enter the Hoosier North battle with a 9-9 record. In their last battle, Pioneer held off West Central (Francesville, IN), 10-9, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Bobcats face the Culver Academies Eagles (Culver, IN) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 9. Oregon-Davis will attempt to upgrade on its 0-12 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 12-2 record after their 4-2 non-league win over LaVille (Lakeville, IN).
