The Genesee Valley Jaguars (Belmont, NY) baseball trounced the host Cuba-Rushford Rebels (Cuba, NY), 20-7 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Jaguars now own a 13-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elba for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 9. Genesee Valley will clash with a Lancers team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Jasper-Troupsburg (Jasper, NY). The Lancers record now stands at 5-2.
With the defeat, Cuba-Rushford drops to 5-5 on the year. The Rebels travel to Andover (Andover, NY) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league outing on Saturday, May 10. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 3-6. Andover won 13-7 in their recent league outing against Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, NY)
