The Telstar Rebels (Bethel, ME) baseball trounced the host Forest Hills Tigers (Jackman, ME), 11-1 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Rebels now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Rangeley Lakes for a Class D South challenge on Monday, May 12. Telstar will clash with a Lakers team coming off a 17-3 league loss to Carrabec (North Anson, ME). The Lakers record now stands at 0-4.
With the defeat, Forest Hills drops to 2-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Carrabec (North Anson, ME) to play the Cobras in a Class D South game on Thursday, May 15. The Cobras go into the game with a record of 2-3.
