Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Juniata Valley wallops Williamsburg

The Juniata Valley Hornets (Alexandria, PA) baseball trounced the visiting Williamsburg Blue Pirates (Williamsburg, PA), 11-1 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Hornets now own a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they host Bellwood-Antis for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 10. Juniata Valley will clash with a Blue Devils team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 7-10.

With the defeat, Williamsburg drops to 10-8 on the year. The Blue pirates travel to Curwensville (Curwensville, PA) to clash with the Golden Tide in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 12. The Golden Tide go into the challenge with a record of 8-9. Curwensville won 7-3 in their recent league challenge against Glendale (Flinton, PA)
