The Wayzata Trojans (Plymouth, MN) baseball crushed the host Minneapolis Southwest Lakers (Minneapolis, MN), 17-0 in Thursday's non-league match.
With the triumph, Wayzata advances its record to 9-4 on the season. The Trojans travel to Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN) to battle the Eagles in a Lake match on Friday, May 9. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 1-8. Eden Prairie lost 6-4 in their recent non-league match against Andover (Andover, MN)
The Lakers now have a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Minneapolis South for a Minneapolis City match on Saturday, May 10.
