The Minisink Valley Warriors triumphed over the visiting Cornwall Central Dragons lacrosse team by a tally of 16-4 in Thursday's non-league match.
Next up, the Warriors confront the Newburgh Free Academy Goldbacks (Newburgh, NY) in a non-league match, on Monday, May 12. Minisink Valley will attempt to improve on its 8-0 season record. The Goldbacks enter the match with a 0-6 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Warwick (Warwick, NY).
The Dragons (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Our Lady of Lourdes (Poughkeepsie, NY). The Warriors enter the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Our Lady of Lourdes was overwhelmed by Warwick (Warwick, NY), 10-2, in a non-league match.
