The Comets (9-5) will now prepare for their outing against Magna Vista (Ridgeway, VA). The Warriors enter the Piedmont outing with a 10-4 record. In their last outing, Magna Vista tipped Mecklenburg County (Baskerville, VA), 1-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Bassett Bengals (Bassett, VA) in a Piedmont outing, on Wednesday, May 14. Martinsville will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Bengals enter the outing with a 5-6 record after their 4-4 league Tunstall (Dry Fork, VA).
