The South Burlington Wolves baseball team scored 20 runs and held the visiting Mt. Mansfield Cougars to 0 in the Wolves non-league win on Thursday.
The Wolves now hold a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Essex for a non-league test on Saturday, May 10. South Burlington will play a Hornets team coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Champlain Valley Union (Hinesburg, VT). The Hornets record now stands at 5-0.
With the defeat, Mt. Mansfield drops to 1-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Champlain Valley Union (Hinesburg, VT) to play the Redhawks in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 13. The Redhawks go into the test with a record of 2-1.
